Pentominoes rule
Hi my name is Calder Pillay. I love puzzles and solving mysteries. I have a friend named Petra Andalee. Here's a sketch of us. I am a fan of the artist Vermeer and his work such as The Geographer and A Lady Writing. There is a book with Petra and I in it. If you are interested in reading it, it is called, Chasing Vermeer.
My favourite thing to do is play with pentominoes. If you don't know what they are, go to the Games Galore page and you can see what they are. I always carry them in my pocket. They are wooden shapes that represent letters in the alphabet. You use them to make squares. It is actually very challenging. Buy some pentominoes and try it yourself!

My birthday is December 12 1995. I only have 2 friends, Petra and Tommy. I like to think like Charles Fort, he always thinks of things in a different way than others. I am very interested in a book that Petra found, it is called Lo! Charles Fort wrote the book Lo! It took him 21 years to write it! If you want to know what the book that Petra and I are in, let me explain it to you. It is about a whole bunch of weird things that happen that make me and Petra meet each other, we then went on a huge adventure to try and find the stolen Vermeer painting called, A Lady Writing. It was strange and fun because things that didn't look like they fit together did! Like when Petra had a vision about a strange women and it turned out to be A Lady Writing and she was communicating with Petra!
